Mark Greaves, who is a Chartered Accountant, advises on corporate finance issues. He has an MBA (distn) from Warwick University and holds the Institute of Chartered Accountants Corporate Finance qualification. He has more than fifteen years of dedicated transaction experience of business acquisitions, disposals and project finance raising. He has particular experience of management buyouts, acquisitions and equity finance raising.
