Areas of expertise
Katie joined Francis Clark in 2008 from another regional firm. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Katie spent time in industry at O2 Plc before relocating to the South West in 2005. She specialises in all aspects of corporate and business taxes, with a particular specialism in Research & Development Tax credits, compliance and tax accounting. Katie also advises companies and their shareholders on the tax aspects of corporate finance work including business sales and purchases.
Professional credentials
Katie has previously been involved in substantial cross border transfer pricing work, as well as involvement in multi-national tax compliance and accounting. Katie speaks French (degree level) and German (working knowledge).
