Clive has 20 years experience of advising entrepreneurial growth companies on corporation tax planning, acquisitions & disposals, providing pro-active advice to both the shareholders and the company to mitigate tax.

Clive also has particular experience on dealing with Revenue enquiries & Revenue risk reviews.

Prior to joining Francis Clark, Clive headed up the corporation tax compliance unit of a big four firm in the south west.
